Organization and team-building skills are a must. Strong financial management ability is required, as is demonstrated achievement in the ability to create, implement and communicate a vision of leadership and strategic planning to patients, staff, colleagues and physicians. Strong communication skills and a successful record of improving operational efficiency are mandatory.
