Handled the training for the Finance Department which included scheduling employees, tracking and obtaining employee training records. Undertook the responsibility of selecting outside vendors that were available to us outside of Bell Atlantic using the best cost approach.
Handled the computer inventory for the entire Finance Department, after completing the required training. Requested by training instructor to assist with other upcoming training sessions. Organized and maintained records by tag number, type of equipment, location of equipment and who to contact regarding that equipment.

I supported approximately 100 people (including another director and his district) performing all of their personnel and administrative functions. I conducted exit interviews for those persons who left the payroll and handled all personnel moves including real estate and telephone work. I was responsible for updating monthly reports for training and organizational moves within the district. Undertook the responsibility of performing the Computer and Furniture Inventory for the district. Supervised and provided training for one General Clerk to assist her in being considered for a secretarial promotion.
