Techno Commercial Engineer

• Provide technical Support to internal customers
• Troubleshoot CCTV (if any), workstations and Access Control System (if any).
• Implement policies and procedures in all concerned business areas and ensure that audit requirements are met in day-to-day operations.
• • To adhere to the security and compliance standards and deliver good customer service
• Ensure positive relationships are built and maintained with all parties ensuring recommendations are made and cascaded across the team

• Attend to and fix day to day operational problems pertaining to Access Control, Laptop Tracking
• . Taking part in Audits.
• Log service request with concerned agencies and stake holder for non operations problems.
• Generate access system reports at desired frequency or on request.
• Generate absenteeism report and forward to respective admin/HR in charge.
• Configure access levels for associates based on authorization from project leaders/ group leaders.
• Configure access levels for associates based on authorization from project leaders/ group leaders.
• Maintain suitable records of authorizations received for manual changes to access levels, stay duration of traveling associate etc.
