Due to substantial growth in their online offer, my client have an excellent opportunity for a Quality Assurance Manager from Europe to head the quality assurance of third party and in house developed software products and systems. This position will involve travel between their offices in Manila and Taiwan and provide mentoring and QA management services to both operations. Tasks and Responsibilities: Ensuring the smooth running of quality assurance systems and services, and advise 'best practice' procedures throughout the AsianLogic Testing team; Provide weekly reporting to senior management on QA progress, preparation and departmental issues; Provide technical and infrastructure designs, IT tools, consultancy and advice to other IT teams in respect of Quality and Testing. Mandatory skills and experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a team of QA Engineers in a fast paced environment; Experience in introducing new methods and tools in order to improve current QA processes, performance and accuracy with the end goal of providing high quality bug free systems; Experience using web based bug tracking tools such as JIRA and Bugzilla; Experience in Test Management Tools ie Quality Centre (Test Director); Excellent knowledge of testing application principles, practices, tool and procedures; Hands on Experience in Systems and User Test Case Specifications Documentation and Scripting Design, as well as Business and Systems Process and Data Analysis; Experience using automated test tools for testing of performance and application capacity (e.g Loadrunner / QA Load); Strong and consistent record of academic achievement; Previous experience in working for an Online Gaming company.
