 Oil tank replacement project, as second engineer assigned for the activities to replace a 45,000 litre tank.
 Investigated and Prepared cost estimates, scopes of work, equipment lists, scheduling and project progress reporting.
 Keeping track and reviewing of deliverables, inventory and project performance using Excel and project manager.
 Developed inspection techniques on equipment such as storage tanks, shell & tube heat exchangers, underground pipelines and pressure vessels to detect leaks, corrosion and other form of deterioration.
 Prepared maintenance schedule and inspection report for metallic pipeline and storage tanks.

 Developed engineering skills on different rotary equipments such as pump, compressors, turbines and blowers
 Developed an Understanding of complex technical blueprints, drawings and engineering information in order to determine methods and sequences of operations needed to fabricate parts
 Assisting the team with using specialised manual machine tools e.g. lathes, milling machines, shapers, and grinders to help fabricate spare parts.
 Monitoring stock levels of parts and comparing these to stock lists and blue prints
 Receiving handmade sketches from mentor and drafting them into 2D drawings using AutoCAD and reviewing mechanical drawing content to promote quality
