University Lecturer in Applied Mathematics, Engineering and Technology. Lecturing, tutoring and teaching.
I am registered for a teaching diploma for Further Education and Higher Education. I enjoy teaching technical and mathematical STEM topics (science, technology, engineering & mathematics).
My background is a Physics Graduate from Nottingham University, PhD researcher in Aerospace Engineering from Manchester University and a Chartered Engineer since 2000. I have worked and enjoyed various lecturing, teaching and education roles at many Science Ambassador and Science Roadshow events, which has included teaching specifically at Bristol City College, Filton High School, Abbeywood School, Nottingham University, Cambridge University, Open University and principally at Brunel University as a Lecturer.
Previous teaching experience includes topics in Maths, Physics, Engineering and Computing Skills at all levels (A-level, HND, Foundation Courses and Undergraduate level).
