Free running is a great passion of mine and it defines me as a person. I love performing demonstrations and really enjoy being in all types of media from music videos to magazine articles. Free running its self incorporates efficient movements and adds aesthetic vaults and other acrobatics, such as street stunts, creating an athletic and aesthetically pleasing way of moving. It is commonly practiced at gymnasiums and in urban areas that are cluttered with obstacles.
