Esito has been formed from the previous Navigant Public Services ICT team and continues to deliver outcome based advisory services within the Public Sector. Same team, same clients, same referenceability ... under a new venture seeking to bring our credibility and experience to a wider client base.

Working alongside Chris Stark (http://uk.linkedin.com/pub/christopher-stark/6/ab0/5ba) we built and developed Navigant's Public Services ICT team over 4 years resulting in a £1m sub-practice with a team recognised in the market place for their professionalism, integrity, and outcome focused approach. Latterly also responsible for all Public Sector advisory commissions in the North and Midlands region.

Led the closure of Ramesys' first BSF ICT Managed Service Contract for Manchester City Council with an initial deal value of £21m.

Accountable for assuring a mixed portfolio of projects and programmes ensuring appropriate and effective governance, stakeholder management, contracting/performance, and benefits realisation.

Led and built mutli-disciplinary professional services teams - across project management, training, pre-sales, installation, and support - to deliver a range of technology based solutions.

Built a career from software programming, through systems/business analysis, to ultimately being responsible for T&N's outsourced Head Office IT services.
