Acron India is Goa’s leading-edge developer of residential properties, having completed in excess of twenty five developments, with approximately twenty properties in each. During my post as Sales & Online Marketing Manager there was an increase in sales of Acron homes from 1 per month to 6 per month and an increase in traffic to the website of 29% (from 46 visits per day to 59 visits per day).
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Introduction and implementation of a CRM system (Salesforce.com) to organise and monitor all past/present sales leads and training the sales team on how to use Salesforce.com
• Analysis of sources of traffic to the Acron India website using Google Analytics
• Increasing Acron India’s social media presence through the setting up and maintenance of accounts on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Flickr, YouTube and Scribd
• Improvement of Acron India’s online advertising by conducting Google AdWords and Facebook Ads campaigns
• Organisation of Acron India’s new website for SEO purposes

• Generating and liaising with sales leads

• Arranging meetings through lead generation and scheduling by means of teleconference, face-to-face etc
