i am classically trained and have 10 yrs of experience. I enjoy cooking in many styles and ethnic cuisines using new and different ingredients. i cook all natural, using what i have on hand. i have small kids of my own and therefore know how to please all ages. i am very creative and rarely cook the same thing twice. i have catered to many diets and allergies, including gluten free and diabetic. i enjoy simple foods that remind me of childhood, while intertwining new and bold flavors. i enjoy teaching and demonstrating techniques and recipes and am open to any schedule.
